· 3 stalls 9’x13’ concrete floor,                                                                                  fully matted  windows                                                                                                   for each stall

· 3 larger stalls, dirt floor,                                                                                            partially matted  (great for                                                                                            mare & foal)

· 3 cross ties

· Electrical outlets for trimmers & fans

· 2 bucket hooks each stall

· Grain feeder with hay manger directly above each stall

· Storage for hay, tack boxes conveniently located across aisle from stalls

· Water hydrants

· Hooks for halter, lead strap, flymask on outside of each stall
