Boarding Fees & Services

It is healthy for horses to be outside (as nature designed them to be) and get plenty of exercise.  We prefer that horses are turned out for grazing, exercise and socialization daily except during inclement weather. 

We provide sawdust for stall bedding and wheelbarrows to move it.  Hay and grain is purchased by the horse owner and we do have hay available for sale here or you can buy it elsewhere.

All horses at Buck Creek Stable are expected to be on a regular worming, vaccination and foot care program managed by their owners.  We can supply you with a list of veterinarians and farriers who have cared for horses boarded here.

Boarding fees are due by the first day of the month.  Our boarding fees & services are as follows:

                                                   

 

Additional Care of $15.00 a month will be charged if a horse is stalled every night instead of being in one of our lush pastures. This charge is to defray the cost of the extra sawdust used in the stall.
